A common friction point in getting Tauris running is the document handoff. Production reports, owner statements, spreadsheets. They live in SharePoint, and until now, someone had to move them into Tauris's intake pipeline manually.
Tauris now supports direct Microsoft 365 integration using Microsoft Graph's app-only access model. Your IT administrator creates a scoped app registration in Microsoft Entra, grants read-only access to specific sites and folders -- not your entire tenant -- and Tauris handles the rest. We monitor folders on a schedule, pulling new files as they arrive and routing them through the same intake, parse, validate, and deliver pipeline that powers our existing workflows.
Once configured, Tauris can connect to:
- SharePoint document libraries
- OneDrive for Business folders
- Microsoft Teams channel file folders
- Shared Exchange/Outlook mailboxes
No broad permissions. No service accounts with shared passwords. No manual steps once it's running.
Setup takes about 30 minutes for an M365 administrator. Tauris provides a step-by-step guide covering app registration, client secret creation, Graph permissions, admin consent, and the PowerShell commands to grant site-level access.
